Condition Standards:
All donations must first be screened before reception is scheduled
No smoking at the home where the items reside
No household pets that shed fur or dander at home
Lightly used mattresses can be received if they don’t have stains and are in “like new” condition.
Items must be ready to leave the home by pick up day. For example, if you are donating an appliance like a washer or dryer, they must be fully disconnected from the walls by the date communicated by our team.
Once an item is observed in person, we may refuse to receive the goods on the basis of any undisclosed condition issues or faults missed in initial screening.
Updated Item Policy
We do not accept armoires, unless they have already been repurposed as clothing cabinets, and the top section has shelving or a clothing rack.
We do not accept large entertainment centers. Single platform TV stands are accepted.
We no longer accept bed frame sets (with headboard/baseboards)
Pick Ups and Drop-Offs
Pick Ups:
The pick up location must be within a 60 min. drive of the 76244 area code.
Pick up considerations are based on quality, quantity, and size of items.
Due Dates will be honored if given at least 30 days’ notice. All other desired due dates are not guaranteed, but more likely to be met the further out they are communicated.
Drop-Offs
Approved donation drop-offs are always welcome!
Drop-offs are by appointment only.
